I'm Assistant Professor in Early Modern History at Radboud University, Nijmegen.

My research focuses on religious coexistence, conflict,
and transnational movements in early modern Europe.

My current book project Divided by Memory examines
how conflicting Protestant and Catholic memories
about the French Wars of Religion could undermine
religious coexistence and re-ignite civil conflict.

Out now: Special issue Rethinking the Refuge. A Systemic Approach to Huguenot Communities in the Dutch Republic,
Church History and Religious Culture (2020).
